Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders for PAN India. For Cash on delivery orders, there would be Rs.500 additional charge. Terms and Conditions Apply.
  • For International orders the shipping & duty charges would be applicable. The fixed shipping fee from our side only covers dispatching and delivering. Customs and duties vary country to country
  • Order delivery will be done within 12 - 15 Business days post confirmation with our team
  • In case of incorrect pin-code/no response from the customer's end, the shipment will be returned to the origin.
  • International orders may take 15-18 business days to deliver. Please Note : The customers will need to bear the duty & taxes for the International orders.
  • We also provide express shipping for a nominal additional charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer the ease of Cash on Delivery for select purchases.

Kindly note:

  • Cash payments are accepted for purchases up to ₹2000.
  • For higher-value purchases, we invite you to prepay in full.

 

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email.
  • Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Where is my order processed from?

  • Orders are processed from our warehouse in Goa.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

  • Within India, we ship through Shiprocket. International shipments will be sent through DHL Logistics.
  • Please provide a working mobile number, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code.
  • At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package.

Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

  • No. 

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

  • Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Shipping will be applicable on every new order.

Shipping terms and conditions

  • Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
